Shipping policy

Items are posted by standard or tracked post to New Zealand and Australia.  UK please visit my Etsy store to purchase.  I aim to post custom orders within five working days of receiving payment and if I have the product in stock, I usually post within two working days.

Please allow up to 20 working days for your items to arrive after dispatch, although often they will arrive more quickly. During November and December post can be very slow, so please allow plenty of time for delivery. 

It is exceedingly rare for my products to go astray or to suffer damage or partial loss during shipping, but if your full order has not arrived within 30 working days from dispatch date please contact me and we can discuss options to replace your order. Refunds are not offered for non delivery or damage or loss unless you have advised me about non delivery and I have had an opportunity to replace your order within a reasonable time*. If items arrived damaged or partially lost I will send replacements asap.
